Late Night!
Up late entering contests tonight while the hubby is asleep. Finished ALL of my Christmas shopping this weekend, and unfortunately this pregnant lady tried to do a little too much and pulled something in her shoulder! So I am wide awake with a heat wrap on my shoulder and praying for some relief.
I will be posting giveaways that end today and this week throughout the day today in between wrapping presents and house work :) Hope that everyone enjoys and maybe you will win something too! (BTW I won 3 more giveaways this weekend!!! YAY!)

The Return of Me
I haven't written in months I know, but the semester is finally through and I plan on getting back to my blogging! I finished out this semester with a 3.5 GPA!!! Woo hoo!
Since the last time I blogged we moved into our new house and I am now 32 weeks pregnant, which means that baby girl will be here very soon :) Now I am a full-time homemaker, at least until baby girl starts school...which will be a good few years :) And who can forget, Christmas is only 11 days away!!!
So my goal is to blog everyday (at least Monday through Friday, while my dear husband is working). I'll keep you up to date on the giveaways I am finding and entering, free samples, my daily devotion, my daily life and other cool stuff! Here we go!

Starting tomorrow, I am going to be doing a weekly post every Sunday about my freebies that I get each week in the mail. I am trying to come up with a catchy title for this weekly post but for now its just MAILBOX FREEBIE SUNDAYS.
If I have enough interest in the post, I will begin sharing how and where I get all of my freebies
If you have a suggestion for the name of my weekly post, comment and let me know :)

MOVING SOON!
My husband and I have been looking to move for about the past 6 months and have not been able to find anywhere...until recently! We will hopefully be moving on November 1. I am so excited about this because it means we will have the move done before DD gets here and we will have so much more space! We will be going from an apartment that is probably 500 sq ft. to a 3bdrm/2.5bth house!!!
Lots of excitement but also lots of work! Once we have moved I will be able to blog more because we will have wireless internet and I will have my own space with a desk and room to spread all my stuff out when I blog and work!
Pray for us and we emabark on this new chapter in our lives! We have a few things that need to happen before we move. We need to purchase a stove and a refridgerator and also put ourselves on a semi-stricter budget. I know that these things will happen soon if we work towards them and trust in God!

Proverbs 31:10-31 - The Woman I Want To Be
Proverbs 31:10-31
Epilogue: The Wife of Noble Character
10 [a]A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.
11 Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.
13 She selects wool and flax
and works with eager hands.
14 She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.
15 She gets up while it is still night;
she provides food for her family
and portions for her female servants.
16 She considers a field and buys it;
out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
17 She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.
18 She sees that her trading is profitable,
and her lamp does not go out at night.
19 In her hand she holds the distaff
and grasps the spindle with her fingers.
20 She opens her arms to the poor
and extends her hands to the needy.
21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household;
for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
23 Her husband is respected at the city gate,
where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.
24 She makes linen garments and sells them,
and supplies the merchants with sashes.
25 She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
26 She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
27 She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
31 Honor her for all that her hands have done,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.

This is the woman that it is my goal in life to be. This is the wife and mother that I long to be. I want my husband to say that this is the woman that I am. I know that I will probably never completely achieve my goal of perfection of being the Proverbs 31 woman but it is what I strive to be. I pray each day that God will help me to become more and more like the woman portrayed in this Bible chapter and that I would become more and more like him.

As Busy As A Bee
So it has been a while since I have blogged because I am trying to get used to my new schedule. Last week I finally started my internship so that I can be finished with school in December before our precious baby girl gets here. I intern three days a week, Mondaw, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9 to 5. This has been a total shock to my system getting used to going to Florence 5 days a week again. But I am getting there and I only have 8 weeks to go! YAY!!!
Also the hubby and I picked out a baby name for our bundle of joy :) Her name is going to be Dani Scout. I know its very different and unique but we absolutely love it! I'm starting to finally get a baby bump now too so I have bought the cutest new maternity clothes now so I can look chic and pregnant instead of fat and broke because I'm wearing all my pre prego clothes. LOL.
In other news, we also may be moving in the next week or so!!! I am so excited because this tiny apartment is not going to be enough room once DS gets here, there isnt even enough room for us now. So Monday we will hopefully get the call to know if the house will be available and I can start packing for the move the following Monday. Please pray that we will get this new place. It will be such a blessing!

Sweet, Sweet Sleep
The past few months, a restful nights sleep hasn't been something that I have enjoyed. Throughout my being pregnant thus far,I have had alot of morning sickness (that lasted all day/night) and I have had to fight with my migraines and because of these two things, my nights have been restless.
Well this morning I read a verse in Proverbs and it really struck me. Proverbs 3:24 (NIV) says, "When you lie down, you will not be afraid; When you lie down, your sleep will be sweet." It really hit me when I read this, God wants to give me a restful nights sleep. I should be able to sleep without worry or fear because I have the assurance that God is watching over me. My sleep will be sweet because I have the assurance that God is in control. He will give charge to his angels over me when I sleep. And not only do I have God and his angels watching over me and my sweet baby as we sleep, I know my mama is up there in heaven keeping watch over us too.
So starting today I am going to keep this verse with me to remind me that God will give me sweet sleep and not restless nights. I will pray that my sleep will be sweet and that God will remove every fear when I sleep, and I will ask him to watch over me always.
To his beloved, God gives sleep.

Two of My Favorite Sites
In the past few months, I have found two websites that I want to tell you about that I absolutely LOVE! The first is Crowdtap. This site connects you with different brands. You answer different questions each day called quick hits to earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards. Also they have different missions that you can be chosen for where you can try different products and review them. You get to keep the other products for free. I have been chosed to try different products from McCormick and Old Navy!
The second site is House Party. Different companies choose consumers to host partys where they supply everything needed for the party and products for you to try. After the party, you upload pictures and product reviews. It's so much fun! In the past I have been chosen to try out products by Kleenex and to host a party for the Hope Springs movie staring Meryl Streep!

Introducing Me
My DH and I just got married last year, on November 5, 2011. We recently found out to our complete and total surprise that we are expecting our first child together :) We had our first ultrasound yesterday and found out that we will be having a baby girl, who is due on February 16, 2013. Both of us are very excited and nervous at the same time. Lots of changes have been happening in our lives.
I recently quit my job so that I can finish school by this coming December before the baby gets here. I go to school 2 days a week and will be starting two internships soon. My husband works swing shift at a local company.
We are living on a tight budget. I have recently began couponing again and I am starting to meal plan. It's a completely different life not having a job to go to everyday. There are so many different ways I am trying to accomplish generating even a small income from home.
I am also finding that I am getting to spend more time with the Lord since work is not longer one of my priorities. I'm hoping that through this blog I will accomplish my goal of helping others come closer to the Lord and keep myself accountable with my couponing, cleaning, schoolwork, and other household duties.
